Each customer's private information is not shared with third parties. This information will be used solely for fraud control, order verification, and internal communication within the brand.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is available worldwide. Although BüG maintains a fixed stock, it is likely that the piece will be made within two weeks after the purchase is confirmed. In such cases, production time will be communicated and is subject to the customer’s approval. If we have stock, items will be shipped within 48 to 72 hours after the purchase is confirmed.
BüG is not responsible for legal regulations, customs costs, or import fees of each country. International customers are responsible for any costs and delays these may cause. Customs policies vary by country, for more information please contact your local customs office.
Returns and Exchanges
BüG is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. Therefore, BüG accepts returns within the first 5 days from when you received your order. You must send an email to silver.bug.uy@gmail.com with your purchase details within this period.
BüG accepts exchanges within 30 days of the purchase. Products returned for exchange after this period will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
BüG pieces are handcrafted, which is why slight variations may be found in each one. Rings are made to measure, and we rely on the information provided by the customer when making the purchase. Please note that sizes may vary depending on the shape of the ring.
Exchanges and returns will only be accepted with the corresponding packaging. Custom-made pieces are not eligible for exchange or return. Rings made in special sizes are considered custom-made.
